NICOLA DECK
Hi, I’m Nicola — the founder of Symmetry Brow Bar & Skin Studio. I’ve been a licensed esthetician since 2004 and proudly opened Symmetry in 2015, fulfilling my long-time dream of creating a welcoming space where beauty and precision meet. Since then, I’ve expanded the studio, built a loyal client base, and earned over 19 advanced certifications in permanent makeup and cosmetic tattooing.
I’ve called Austin home since 1995 and love being part of this vibrant, supportive community. I’m also a cancer survivor — I beat a rare form called Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma — and that experience deepened my appreciation for life, connection, and doing work that matters.
I’m a mom to two amazing kids and five furry companions. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll likely find me curled up at home with my family — my idea of a perfect night is low-key and full of love.
I’m a perfectionist by nature (a big plus when your canvas is someone’s face!), and I truly love what I do. Helping people feel confident and cared for is the heart of my work. I’m so grateful to have built a business that brings joy to others and fulfills me every single day.

BREEANA BENENATI
Breeana, or Bree, is a brow specialist/esthetician originally from the greater Seattle area, who made a fresh start by moving to Austin in 2019. After a decade in the service industry and working as a professional makeup artist, Bree transitioned into esthetics, graduating from Avenue Five in 2020. Since then, she’s thrived as a licensed esthetician, quickly making a name for herself in brow artistry, especially in powder ombré PMU.
With a deep passion for skincare, Bree not only provides exceptional facial services but also takes pride in educating clients on at-home skincare routines to keep their skin healthy and radiant.
Outside of work, Bree is immersed in the EDM community and enjoys traveling to see live music. She also loves exploring nature, discovering new food spots, and spending quality time with her fur babies. Bree brings kindness, expertise, and genuine care to her practice, always aiming to make her clients feel their absolute best, inside and out.
SYDNEY RAGAN
Born and raised in a small town north of the Dallas area, Sydney grew up with a passion for all things skin and brows! After moving to Austin in 2019, taking classes at ACC for a few semesters and feeling totally lost, she discovered the possibility of becoming an esthetician and turning her hobbies into a career. She graduated from Dallas Skin Institute in 2022.
She is loving her time at Symmetry and living the dream by helping her clients feel more confident by enhancing their beautiful features. Sydney’s goal in this industry is to make every person that sits in her chair feel important and SAFE while she performs the perfect services for their needs.
On her off time, you can find Sydney at home snuggling her kitty and watching cartoons or drawing, hitting up the thrift stores for cool finds, seeking out the best chicken sandwiches across Austin, dancing at live music shows or spending time with her crazy family in various cities!
SABRINA NEW
Sabrina was born and raised in Odessa, Tx and moved to Austin 4 years ago. In 2021 she attended Texas Laser and Aesthetics Academy where she earned her estheticians license. Her passion for aesthetics started when she was a young girl and her grandma who was a cosmetologist, taught her how to wax her face as she was getting older and wasn’t able to see the hairs herself. The instant gratification of a simple wax sparked her love of waxing.
Today she has over 3 years of experience in full body waxing (Brazilians are her favorite!). Nothing makes her happier than seeing the joy she brings to her clients after a good wax! She truly cherishes the friendships she’s formed with her clients since starting this journey.
Sabrina and her husband live in Pflugerville now with their two cats Poppy and Rue and in her free time you can find her reading, crafting and most likely shopping.
IRIS GOMEZ-LOPEZ
Originally from Mexico, Iris has called Texas home for the past 10 years. Her journey into esthetics began from a personal place—her struggle with acne inspired her to dive deep into skincare and learn how to truly care for the skin from the inside out.
Iris is passionate about helping others feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. She combines her knowledge of skin science with holistic therapies to create a well-rounded, personalized approach to every treatment. Specializing in facial massage, she takes pride in making each facial experience unique, relaxing, and nurturing.
Now beginning her brow journey, Iris is excited to grow in the career she’s always dreamed of. With a heart for healing and an eye for detail, she’s dedicated to helping her clients glow from the inside out.
In her free time, Iris enjoys walking around Lady Bird Lake or dancing bachata—activities that keep her grounded, joyful, and inspired.
