Waxing:

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge (no exceptions).

  • No-Call / No-Show: 100% service charge will be incurred, and future appointments will require prepayment.

  • Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. A grace period of ~5 minutes may be allowed; however, later arrivals may not leave enough time to complete your service. If you’re running late, text 512-571-7788 to check if we can accommodate. If we’re unable to complete your service, your appointment will be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation, resulting in a 50% charge. Timing decisions are based on the provider’s schedule.


Permanent Make-up:

  • Eligibility: You are responsible for ensuring you are a good candidate for PMU. Please review all requirements before booking. If your appointment is canceled the day of due to ineligibility, a $100 late cancellation fee will be charged and booking fee will be forfeited.

  • Booking Fee: A $100 non-refundable fee is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your service. If you cancel, the booking fee is forfeited (no exceptions).

  • Rescheduling: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule and retain your booking fee. A maximum of two reschedules is permitted before fee is forfeited.

  • Late Arrivals: Arriving 15+ minutes late may require rescheduling, and booking fee will be forfeited. Timing decisions are based on the provider’s schedule and ability to accommodate.

  • No-Call / No-Show: the booking fee is instantly forfeited and a 50% charge will be incurred. Future bookings will be declined.

  • No children or animals are permitted in the PMU studio during services.

  • If you have previous permanent makeup/microblading, you must receive approval before booking. Please schedule a complimentary consultation first.


Refund Policy:

  • No refunds for services rendered/fees.

  • Retail items: Unopened returns within 7 days for a full refund. Opened product returns (in cases like allergic reactions) accepted within 14 days for store credit.
