Covid-19 Response and Safety Protocols

We at Symmetry have always provided a safe space to get your beauty treatments. That truly does take on a very different meaning during the current circumstances. We have enforced many new and enhanced strategies to make our space as safe as possible for our clients and employees. We understand that you want to be safe for yourself and your families, and we want that too.

First of all, we are OPEN and ready to see you! We are lucky because we have a small staff. We are working by appointment only, and we hope to see you soon!

What you can do for us

  • If you have exhibited any signs of COVID-19, if you have been in contact with anyone who has COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment.

  • When you arrive at your scheduled appointment, text us and let us know that you have arrived. Let us know your name and appointment time. Text 512-571-7788 - NOT the number that you receive your appointment reminders.

  • Give us time to respond and be patient if we are running a few minutes behind.

  • We will reply to your text letting you know that we are ready for you.

  • No guests at your appointment.

  • Masks are now optional.

  • You may use our restroom (which is sanitized in between all uses) to wash your hands, or use our provided hand sanitizer when you enter the studio.

what we are doing at the studio

  • We allow sufficient time to clean/sanitize between clients.

  • We have elevated our already strict cleaning guidelines. Using only hospital grade disinfectants on all surfaces including handles, tables, ipads, phones etc, in between each and every client.

  • We have added an advanced air purifier with HEPA filters which circulates the air and removes 99.97% of airborne particles.

  • Employees wear masks & gloves during all treatments.

  • Employees are required to wash hands often throughout the day and in between each client.

  • Employees are required to do a daily wellness check before coming to work.

Our protocols will evolve and improve as new information arises. We ask that you remain patient with us during these ever-changing times, and we hope that you feel as safe and comfortable getting your treatments here, as we do providing them.
