PERMANENT MAKE-UP & MICROBLADING APPOINTMENT BOOKING POLICIES

BOOKING FEE (DEPOSIT)

A $100 non-refundable booking fee is required to book your PMU appointment. The fee is 100% NON-refundable and is credited towards your appointment. Please be aware that you will forfeit the fee if you cancel your appointment, no exceptions. An additional $100 fee will be required to make a new appointment. IF two appointments are missed or cancelled, you will not be able to book a third appointment unless the service is pre-paid in full. 

RESCHEDULING

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only Nicola, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, we REQUIRE 48 hours notice, otherwise you will lose your booking fee.

If you choose to NOT reschedule, you will forfeit your booking fee and any other future appointments will require another $100 fee to secure your appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS

To avoid unfair delays to other clients & to ensure your session is not rushed, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your procedure will need to be rescheduled and you will lose your booking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

NO-CALL NO-SHOWS

NO-CALL/NO-SHOWS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. If you "no-show" your PMU/Microblading appointment, you will lose your booking fee, you’ll be charged 50%-100% of your service cost, AND any/all future bookings will be politely declined. NO EXCEPTIONS.

**NO CHILDREN OR PETS ARE ALLOWED AT YOUR PMU/MICROBLADING APPOINTMENT. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you show up with children or a pet, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $100. 

**IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUS COSMETIC TATTOOING OF ANY KIND, YOU MUST GET MY APPROVAL BEFORE BOOKING!! IF YOU SHOW UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH COSMETIC TATTOO THAT HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED, I HAVE THE RIGHT TO TURN YOU AWAY AND CHARGE A LATE CANCELLATION FEE OF $100.**

Cancellation policy

Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, a 48 hour advance notice is requested, and a 24 hour advance notice is required. If you do not provide at least 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule, you will be charged half of the treatment cost. In the event of a “no-call/no-show” you will be charged for the entire missed appointment. I understand that unanticipated events do occur, so please contact me as soon as possible to inform me if you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment. LATE ARRIVALS

All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service. If you arrive so late that your treatment cannot be given, it is considered a missed appointment and you will be charged!

Product returns

We will accept returns of unopened product within 14 days from purchase. We will accept returns of opened product within 3 days of purchasing –this is only done if an allergic reaction was had.
